Im not sure if its time for this quiiiite yet. Its VERY easy to find buds a little under 22, but 21 still seems to be a quicksell. Neutral for now.

Now that I think about it, a lot of successful key suggestions have buyers. Maybe you should provide buyers? You are, after all, trying to prove that 21 keys is possible to get.

sold 4 @ 21.5 / 21 + 3 in ~5 hours, smeels like quicksale.

It is a fairly quick sale. Most people on trade servers advertise buying for 21 and/or selling for 22. But there is quite a big number of 21 sellers that pop up, though.

One day will happen as long as the keys are going up in price, but ill stay neutral, because is logic, if buds are 22 keys, and you sell them for abit less than the suggested price, it guarantees you a quick sale for pure keys, because the buyers can make a little profit on it, or they just wanted an earbuds and theres the opportunity to buy them cheaper.

Eh, I'm not so sure. trade.tf (where you most likely pulled these links) is still at 21.6-21.8 keys. Considering trade.tf price is usually lower on items because it factors in quicksell buyer transactions, I find this suggestion a bit ahead of its time.

I also find it rather peculiar that you'd suggest this on Saturday since surely you would have seen by now, through browsing the forums, this article: http://www.tf2confidential.com/buy-on-saturday-sell-on-wednesday-a-new-profitable-market-trend which suggests that the lowest point in an item's weekly price can often be found on Saturday. I'm not saying that you did not make this suggestion intentionally knowing that now, out of any day of the week, would be the best time to drop prices, but I am saying it is highly likely that you have done so.

All-in-all: not enough to convince me of a necessary price change.

Every server I go to has someone unable to buy a bud at 22 keys.

i haven't seen much at 21 at all to warrant it's inclusion into the range. and if I do, its gone in seconds

That is why 21 should not be in the range. Just look at how many of them are selling at 22+ on OP......handful of them quickselling at 21.5....21 still not in range.

It has become a lot harder to sell buds for 22 keys. I would be surprised if this failed.

If any move in the down direction is really even needed, it would be 21.5-22 keys, based off this proof. 21 is too much of a quicksell. I really don't think theres a problem at 22 though...

I really don't see many buds at 21 keys, 21.5-22 keys is better, but that other suggsetion has little proof. Downvote on both.

The fact that practically all of your proof has sold in just 18 hours does not bode well at all. If a trade could hold itself up for longer than a day, I'd upvote, but no.
