I think 14 keys would be a better low-end, considering it one has an offer of 14 keys in unusuals and 14 keys pure. The rest of the proof is 14+.

Meh, if it was one 14 offer, i'd agree with you. But two 14 offers and one 16 offer show that getting at least 14 is quite easy.
