Indeed. We have been posting this wherever applicable here as well. I think it has worked remarkably well. 2 days ago we closed 10-20 suggestions, yesterday was only like 5-10, and today maybe even less than that.

If the hat is an old/rare hat with one sale in many months (>3 months), then it is acceptable to set a flat price and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (depending on how comparable the sale is to previous offers)

Yes, but it has sold more then twice in the past 3 months. The Deity of Entropy had a trade open on July 27th with the hat.

So basically, the person you bought it from got the hat from a spycrab. Owner before was looking for 4 buds pure. You paid a very clean smoking TC for this hat. 4 or 4.1, it's pretty close. I think this is acceptable.
