If he's offered 20 in unusuals, you have to calculate unusual overpay then by x .9, I believe.

overpay is calculated as either low range of bp.tf or mid range x.9. either way, close to 20 keys. I personally did low range.

Why the low end is 18 and not 16?

because 16 is a quicksell. 18 is in the range because of the offer of about 18 keys.

The offer you are using to set the high end was retracted. Not sure if it is valid.

Originally the offer was around 18 keys. he bought something else, and his offer is now a blizz slouch and 3 keys. Slouch isn't in his bp anymore, looks like he sold it for keys, and possibly the juju in his bp.

both of your offers are from the same person and now dont apply (user retracted it seems)
