Berliner's sale was an outlier.
First link is an outlier for sure, but link #3 has a b/o of 8 buds and he even said once that he would take 7 pure, so the hermes and tricorne offers are kinda odd. Also the hermes itself had a 8 bud b/o as well when he offered it: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13503252

8 pure bud B/O, I doubt he would have taken 18 in unusuals. The PE's gone for over 10, so I'd say this seems to be a fair range!
If he would have accepted 8 buds than that should be the maximum price for this. When unusuals offered are above that price and still rejected it might just be that the owner does not feel that it is enough overpay.
