1 of 2 in the world, needs a bump down.

Previous suggestion only used one sale as proof (he paid 70 keys pure for it) and it's clearly an outlier with the sales now.

To start, I bought it with my Orbiting Planets Bicorne (~1.1) and a Stormy Storm VRH (~1.5). http://i.imgur.com/8WZkh5l.jpg

Applying overpay, 1.1+1.5 =2.6 and multiplied by 0.9 = ~2.3.

I sold for a Green Black Hole Buckaroos (~3.2) with my Safe n Sound and I added 2 keys, 2.33 ref and an Ellis Cap. http://i.imgur.com/LORePcf.jpg

If you applied overpay with that buckaroos, 3.2x 0.9 = ~2.9, but since I added the keys and metal it would be around 2.8. (0.1 of a bud = around 2 keys plus some metal.)

Really all I can find, this hat is no longer on the market at the moment and the other one in the world was never even seen in the market.
