actually, i looked into it more. the hat is clean, the hat in ¤ Jellybaby ¤ 's bp is a different hat.

if that is true, then it was duped in the last few days. When ¤ Jellybaby ¤ sold it, it was a clean hat, making his sale legit.

By looking at this deeper you would probably find sells below 10 to be able to set price for as low as 9.5. Considering how many houwars have b/o of 10 it's quite obvious that atleast some of those sell for less than that. :)
