Eh.... 15 seems low given how many offers are higher than that.

I saw that he added sweets with ushanka , but thing is that in cheap unusuals, when talking about sweets, it's mostly few craft hats/stranges/vintages or some metal. Maybe few keys at most. And since I couldn't find the sweets, and there is another sale at same price, I'm not sure. I think 15 keys is indeed low for this hat, but from I've learned, opinions doesn't matter here, but proof does.
