But Billy price is 3 months old and was originally ~3.5. To confirm that price, it was recently sold for a misty beret - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14239738 - so I would value the billy maybe 3.5-4. Plus, this guy had a b/o of 4 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13927329 - and the value certainly shouldn't be higher than 4.
Now the skull noir price is 8 months old. That is not valid evidence.
GE bloke + smoking charmers is really ~3.5 after overpay since blokes was suggested at 1.8-2.2 last month - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520925e3ba25368e42000001 - and charmers while 8 months old seems roughly accurate based on ones on the market (maybe slightly high).
Range on this shouldn't be higher than 3.5-3.7, I think. Sorry for the inconvenience. I really how big of a pain this is - prices listed not matching the suggested prices.
