I feel it's fair to use the 2 top offers by different people as a range, since they were the only ones even granted a proper response.

Could you find any (remotely recent) sales?
One for like 30, bought from the unboxer who was a newb. No other sales, the other one hasn't sold in over a year!

It's possible to make a conservative bump based on only offers if the hat in question is off the market, and has a large amount of offers higher than current range. Thanks for the advice! :)
Except the price is only 24 days old.
That's completely irrelevant - as I specified in the OP, it was based on a sale from an unboxer, who was a total newbie to trading. Once again, thanks for the advice though!

Well you'd be wrong then.
Here need are sale in order to prove lower end, upper price range I agree - possible best offer but not for lower price range .
40 pure + noh offer was from neutron btw. And yeah, the last sale was obvious an low outlier if you take a look at these offers there. This is now a solid price so I would wait with another suggestion from now on unless the offers are way better.
