Get Blazy to take a screencap of what he sold it for and what he bought it for since both occurred in the past month. I would say leave the price as is because Blazy possibly undersold it since he did get it from a hijacker.

I agree a price increase, but to say this is worth more than Stormy Storm which is truly themed is high. Also one sale in a year does not show enough value for increase of 7 buds.

fetti on all hats are pretty much worth more than weather effects , not to mention rare unusuals like shaman or miscs. It's mainly due to fetti being collectors effect which is actually looking good and stormy storm being utter shit effect. Also when it comes to shaman pricing , rarity is related to price very very much. There are 5 stormy shamans and 4 blizzardy shamans therefore 9 possible unusual weather shamans , and there is only ONE confetti shaman ( there is no green confetti ) and most likely due to shaman's rare chance of being unboxed there will remain only one confetti shaman. This hat is ( based on offers i declined and based on well public opinion of expert unusual traders who had shamans before ) worth much much more than stormy storm shaman , weather overall.

Fetti is better effect depending on the hat. The shaman is not one of them just because its a 1 of 1. Trying to justify this price based on what he spent one time does not justify the price increase.

i'm trying to say that community is more favored to fetties , on low tier hats , stormy is indeed bit better priced than fetti's , but on higher tier hats fetti beats stormy anyday. Saying that it shouldn't be priced higher than stormy shaman because stormy is "themed:" is rather unreasonable. This suggestion is also ridicilous , i got offered twice the suggested price ( in unusuals ) and i rejected the offer.

Fetti is always the better effect, in price and looks, almost 100% of the time. I can only think of one exception, and that's the Stormy Hard Counter. If you can find any others, feel free to prove me wrong.

I'm a regular bp.tf user but I completely agree with you. 8.7 is an outlier - it'll never be sold that low again, and you've already declined 3 offers of over 15 in hats. If this passes, that's insane.
