Sorry for not having too much proof, but I have three logical reasons:

1. Everyone on autpost is either selling as a set or has some bullshit 2 key price from weeks ago

2. Untradable items, save expensive ones like the shades or HOUWAR, aren't traded as much

3. Fairly new item

A good majority of people on the tf classified are still selling it for a key

the price shouldn't be reduced due to some impatient quicksellers

Yet you can buy a professor's spec's strangifier for 3-4 refined fairly easy and use it on your own set of specs to get it for much cheaper then a single gift wrap and it also seems like there are plenty of people selling at the price and it's been divebombing recently.

I know they're not the same item, but they're connected and the strangifiers have really been divebombing rapidly lately. Just a couple days ago they were being sold for 5-6 ref, 2 days ago they were at 5 ref, then at 4 ref, and it goes on.

I'm still learning, please don't do bullshit posts that don't help me or provide adequate counterproof. I'm aware that my proof is poor, and these are not very commonly traded items. Only one page on trade.tf atm, and most of that is not very useful. Now there's only 7 pages on autpost, and most of them are offers/strangifiers/chem sets, please consider that this item is not a key and it shouldn't be treated like one.

I don't get how first gen strange chem sets (I am looking at you sight for sore eyes!) are going strong and the most expensive strange hat from this gen is barely at 2 keys.

Strangifiers are going down, AKA market. That means they are going up in stock, down in demand. As much as I love my speks, it IS time for the price to be changed. Fantastic misc, but supply is too great, demand is too low.

Well, the chemistry sets are really easy to find and most of them are really easy to make, found one with the most valuable strange a strange razorback, and another one which is strange jarate. The chem sets, strangifiers are all going down, But one key is pretty low for a strange misc and if you are gonna lower it further, I don't think its worth it. I'm just gonna have to downvote for this one. Hope people agrees with me. (and alot of people are selling it and being sold for a key as quick selling so yeah)
