No. The last suggestion accepted was basing in proof selling for without wrap o the buyer would need to buy the wrap still. So if he shows people selling for this price, there's no need to include the wrap in the price

The price looks like a big step down.

However, moving by your proof - not exactly sure why you didn't include 1 Ref in the range. Sales at 3 Ref (Outliers? Older Trades?), but - It seems that 3 ref might be a bit high considering that there are unsolds at 1 Ref.
