(Since this is known as quicksell prices as there isn't any one on tf2outpost paying a normal price or so, i'll be adding 1 Key to the average)

I really had a hard time trying to sell the hat on outpost, hence i decided to comb servers to find other traders who were willing to pay more...

Ranges on this site aren't set by averages of buyers and sellers. They are set by actual sales. High end for hats = high end sale or high offer. Low end for hats = lowest sale (provided it wasn't a quicksell).

You can't use gifted hats as proof. Quickbuyers aren't really helpful other than to show it should definitely be above their buying price. You show a quickbuyer buying at 16 keys, so that is probably low.
