It's not a quicksell. It's just an unusual getting traded quickly. In terms of original prices, 13 is a steal.
If the 13 sale is both low and sold quickly, then don't you think it should be classified as an outlier?
The original price is 12 - 13 buds.
This would represent the high end, so it's not low and not really an outlier.
