Bought for a Peace Sign Steel Toe. (Ignoring gift tag due to rarity of hat, 13)

What rarity of the toe?

13 is still in the range, and the tag does reduce it to about 12 keys or so

The 1st link; it could also be some trader trying to get a good profit out of the hat; that is common and wouldn't proof a higher price(maybe he paid 12 himself and rejected 2 bills because of that)

Eh. The guy you sold it for promptly sold it for way less? Seems like he doesn't have much unusual experience. But it's a rare hat with a year old price so giving this the benefit of the doubt.
