Part of me's thinking that since your 79.1 was the latest, it's the most accurate value and that 79-103 wouldn't be a bad range. The other part of me doesn't know about strange, rare weapons so just wants some thoughts. Congratulations for the bravery and effort that you're putting into this weapon.

Wow veil's prices are outdated too, I sold a peace veil for 11 mixed and had offers of 7 pure multiple times.. bp.tf says like 4 buds

It's been out for a couple months. That's still pretty rare in my books.

Given that there is an unlimited supply and people receive it more often than a burning TC is unboxed...this will really go down....on the other hand, nearly everyone wants a golden pan.

i want to be a panspy so bad , wish i wasnt so poor to afford it.

It's more about demand over the amount, and demand for this is much much much higher. Makes statues, frying pan so naturally higher crit rate, backstab/knockout enemies as a spy with it, build and upgrade and repair sentries with a frying pan...this thing is like the sonic screwdriver of tf2, it can do anything.
