Sexy hat, but this price is way too high.
Only two pieces of evidence I could find. Most trade on OP are asking in excess of 6.5 buds and declining a ton of offers. I could only actually find one trade (where the items traded are certain anyway. I found 2 trades where Silhoutte bought and sold a capo's, but it appears it was for money or something).

Bought from Error for a Hearts Panama (Using original values, 6 buds), Error seems to have added 20 keys, or ~1 bud (I checked the history of the keys to be sure that they werent from other trades).

There was a trade up at 3 Buds a few days ago. It was a very young trade and I cant find it anymore (should've bookmarked it...), I guess it was a quicksell. Not really relevant to the suggestion, but... All the other trades on the market are going slowly and have little to no offers. The offers they do get are being isntantly hidden (saw an offer of a DBD Pugilist, lol).
Anyway, this needs a drop. 5 is the high end because thats the price of the only sale. 4 is the low end because there needs to be a range, and I cant ignore that B/O. Unsure if this is a perfect range, but it is definitely better than the previous one.

I don't think one unsold is going to be enough, espically if it's only a week, and a quicksell, remaining neutral for now.
None of the others even have legitimate offers, last I checked. Also, it's not really a quicksale after 2 weeks.

I havent bumped it a lot, maybe once or twice in 3-4 days, also, there are a lot of different selling prices on outpost, I have seen 13 buds, 8 buds, etc.. all the others don't even have a B/O, which is why I remain neutral, because the prices are all over the place. (I will admit that owning the hat makes me a little bias, but I'm at least taking the vote into consideration by not downvoting instantly and remaining neutral).
But overall your proof is reasonable, but there are just to many outliers to really make a solid suggesstion on the hat.

Those B/Os don't really mean much, those trades have no decent offers. I could ask for 10 Buds on my Swagman's, and it would be the only one on the market. That does not mean its worth 10 buds. That one guy can ask for 13 Buds for 2 years, he won't get it.
I agree You might not have like a ton of proof but honestly this needs to go down to at least 3.5-5 ish buds

And I don't see any offers >5. Hard to go against the community vote here
