    The clean beams sam has always been around 20-25, so that sale is also in the 10-15 range.


    Your price on the ten gallon is probably a bit generous since the cloudy toque has been on the market multiple times in the past for 5-6, so it's probably closer to ~6.5-7 in value and that sale is probably closer to 13-14.


    Range here might still be a bit high, but this is certainly better than the current range. Thanks for putting in the effort with all the mini-suggestions. I know how much of a pain that can be.
