Yeah, that's a stupid source. It only factors public backpacks into account and dismisses the idea that most unusuals exist in private backpacks. That's just... stupid. I don't know any other way around it.
Now, as a trader, you probably have other traders on your friends' list, but I have a mix of traders and others and I can tell you that at least half of the unusuals that exist on my friends' list are owned by those with private backpacks. And I have over 100 friends and only a few of them have private backpacks. Add to that the fact that 2/5ths of backpacks are private and anyone with half a brain could tell you that those backpacks are more likely to contain unusuals than non-private backpacks and, well... those numbers are BS. Period.
