Im under the impression you can lower a price if its a "conservative bump" if you have sellers below bp.tf price.

B/Os are only valid proof in two situations – as a guide to determine outliers at the high end and for lowering hat values on hats with already established values.

same as abough: second and third link is the same item (look at the history/owners backpack)
