What is the point of re-suggesting if the range is the same?

because the price is outdated. (when you go to the unusual spreadsheet outdated prices are marked with a red triangle with an ! in the middle)

I know that, even though the spreadsheet says it's outdated, it's still the same price. But I suppose an update is for the best.
