If there's multiple B/Os below your 22key sale, doesn't it seem reasonable to say that the 22key was an outlier made by a trader who perhaps isn't necessarily the most intuitive trader (trying not to be mean here)?
I'm not sure that sale represents the market well enough to be included in the range is what im trying to say.
Every other sale went in 1 day.
