your first link stated that he " paid over 12 buds". - No proof at all for this statement. Hat owners are likely to overprice the actual value of their hats

Second link the hasn't wasn't sold for cash at all, he was scammed out of it. you can see him saying that in this trade. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19552697.
