I also bought it from a seller. I paid 4.5buds+ for it with unusual overpay. My Overclocked El jefe~4 buds , 5 keys, and a strange killstreak festive ambassador~7 keys. And I am the only one selling it on outpost, total cancerous effect, but I'm definitely not selling anywhere lower than 4.3 buds

Pretty sure prices greatly above 1 bud have to be priced in buds instead of keys?
