mods can make exceptions for 1 of 1 2013 halloween hats. however considering it's currently on the market it's best to wait for it to sell again.

Again, not sure if you read the link I sent in the other suggestion, but this also does not meet our requirements for pricing off 1 sale.

For hats like these, we ask suggesters to wait a month to see if it sells again. If this is still the only sale 3 weeks from now, feel free to resuggest. The exceptions we make are if hats go to proven collectors who we know won't resell in a month. In those cases, there is no point waiting. Here, the buyer has already put it back on the market.
