Here is the auction I am using to reprice this item. I subtracted the value of the wrap. The auction was up for two weeks and was seen by plenty of people. The 17 key price was set really when this was a much newer item and it transacts very rarely.

Not true. The site had this priced at 17~ but the price got cleared when brad updated the site in dec - jan. d0 then just made a suggestion to place the price it had back on it with out any proof. The 17 key price is actually older than 5 - 6 months.

That's an auction . . with the right collector there it could have gone way above 17 not to mention there's no proof of the trade actually going through as most auctions get closed down ..

Because the collector wasn't there ? .. Also , with you agreeing to auctioning it off on bazaar, you have to close down any and all other trades of the item that you are auctioning off. .

I did. The outpost sale was closed when I opened the auction. Btw, that can also mean no one is collecting these. At least at that price.

I never specifically answered you. A long auction is very valid for discovering the value of something. In addition to this auction I had this item up on outpost for some time as well as bazaar. I also made it known on the forums here that this item was overpriced and that I was going to have an auction set the new price. If there was to be any arguement with its legitimacy than it would have already been expressed by a mod.

As I am getting some flak for some weird reason. In the time the auction was up, 548 views 3 bookmarks. The last offer was nearly a week before it ended. There was plenty of time for a collector to offer on this and they didn't.

My point is that I posted the sale that it happened on and you see who made the winning offer. That should be good enough for people.

In this instance one sale is enough there is no other recent sales, and only 1 up for trade. But sill auctions are not the best to base a suggestion off, Neutral for now.

how is it untradable and uncraftable? I got mine lvl 100 by unlocking in portal 2 by achievement, but bp.tf says its only 0.33 refined, so how was it possible to get an uncraftable version?

I don't know how these came into existence. I accepted this as payment for an Unusual and after trying to sell it for close to its list I realized it wasn't worth that and put it up for auction.

I lost mine because of internet issues, so Valve gave me a dirty one. TL;DR Valve gives them.

I actually bought those 2 items from Creeping, these items do not deserve to be this low of value for its rarity.

I didnt say they should be, but the proof he provided is still far to old to use regardless. Needs more recent proof like sales in the past month.

That means nothing.Charlie only sold it for so low because it was AUCTIONED. Had he done a trade, he would have gotten a ton of 1 bud offers. I had it for only 3 days and i had tons of the offers.

Too much controversy on the price being made on a trade performed by auction. Without a strong concensus by the community for it being valid proof, it can't be accepted as the new price.
