Conclusion : 0.11 - 0.22 is the most common trading point at this moment. So shouldn't it be 0.11-0.22?

These prices are cause these weps (huntsman, shortstop, crit-cola, etc) are in the craft recipes for the new weps. As they're in short supply ATM, the prices go up temporarily.
