While 1 ref is still extremely, extremely common, it's trivial to find non-quicksellers below that. Proof below.

.55 seems to be a bit of a stretch for a low end, due to most listings being poorly bumped or being quicksells. Will stick with .66 as the low end unless popular demand says otherwise.
