Given buds are highly involved in trades, I suggest you need a lot more proofs. Downvote for now.

There is a cooldown rule for this right? If I am wrong, there isn't quite enough proof for a suggestion on a currency like buds. If you add more proof and there isn't a cooldown issue, I may change my vote. As of right now it's a downvote though.
