No disrespect Blue, but when people include notes like this, you can't always be sure it was that way from the start. As a seller I change my prices all the time. It doesn't mean that it was that price the whole time and he was quickselling. He could have changed the text just yesterday for all we know.

You're right at that point, although since the unusual suggestions normally take a while, it should be fine to have a first look at that trade since its going for less than the suggested range, to consider if it's in/valid at the moment of taking a final desicion.
