As comments pointed out, your proof for .22 all has poor bumping or other circumstances. Counterproof shows a rec is doable.
That said, there's lots of .22s in classifieds. Please gather more evidence--it may warrant dropping to .22-.33, but the classifieds alone won't be enough to show that.
