Maybe if I overclock this hat I'll be a better soldier?

Bought the hat for 3.2 buds in overpay (Armored Authority Miami Nights hat "2.9 buds, the strange pan "8 keys" + 2 keys)

Additional Comments

- the original price was too low considering the type of effect

- this is only 1 of 2 such hats so the effect is rare for this hat

- considering all other soldiers helmets (e.g., Soldiers Stash) the overclock effect is almost absent, so basically in the greater range of Soldiers hats the effect is even rarer
