Never said it was 1:1, it just hasn't been up for sale for a long time. Last sale was 3+ months ago and went into a collectors backpack

at least 1 month is needed after that.
and that is only if it's 1:1
as it's 1:2,you can't price it with 1 sale,especially not a quicksell

You should probably ask if teacup scorpion if he intends on reselling the hat. If he says no then I think this price will have to do for now.

Yeah but it's not the first time an unusual gets sold for way below(or above) it's to-be price. If this is the only useable sale this can get then this would have to stand until it gets unboxed and sells again

it's pretty clear the hat sold for 16 keys in less than 10 minutes. You'll be seeing different numbers because of time zome discrepancies but the delta remains the same.
Now that I look at this at another way, one of the two effects that exist for this is owned by DevilGear, a Dread Knot collector. And this one which sold to Teacup Scorpion is the only sale for this unusual(maybe the only sale ever)
As I said earlier, someone should ask Teacup Scorpion if he intends to resell this unusual. If he has no intention of doing so, if this gets accepted the price for this would be old by Halloween when this becomes unboxable again.
And if he does intend to resell it, well let's just say that this sale would be a big fat outlier with the offers he'll probably get.
tl;dr: Get a response from Teacup Scorpion mentioning if he intends to sell it and you'll have my either upvote or downvote.

If this was the only sale and only offer on this hat in 3 months, I would have accepted this since it will likely be the only sale for a long time (it went to a collector). However, we do have some basis to suggest that the value is indeed a quicksell and not reflective of the hats value.

Imo, your options here are either to wait for another sale or to give this a range based on the sale an offer and to put this at 16-21 keys. But I'd like another mod to give input.
With so many people agreeing the price is low, it's hard to say this isn't a quicksale. It also sold in a single day, so there wasn't much time for offers to be collected, There's also the Holiday Headcase offer, and it wouldn't feel right to price it lower than one of the offers. I agree with polar, I think it's best to wait for another sale,
Michael said the same thing. I guess this will have to remain unpriced for a long time if it's not unboxed this halloween.
