Burning Guadalajara is outdated. You need a mini suggestion for that. And once you have done a mini suggestion, you need to apply overpay on that.

Where is your low end coming from? If it is from the Scorching AA + 6 keys(9 buds), that sale is 9 months old. Only sales within 2 months are valid

It's only been sold once in the last 2 months and the owner wanted 13 buds b/o http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20686038 but I can't find evidence for what it actually sold for.

I feel like 9-10 buds would be a more reasonable range. Did you just decide to cherry pick it with your sales?
