Suggestion: Bread Box at 3.5–4 keys

most of your solds for 4 keys looks really unreliable but it is proof after all. i would be more convinced after seeing more quick sells at 3 keys, if you can bring in thoose 3 keys q.s, its a definite win for you :)

I have one of these on my counter, it's sick.

Even though I won't handle it, I will give my input since I have looked at it carefully over the last week. It has been really easy to buy these in the last 5 days at 3 keys + 2-3 ref. And one of my main issues was a mass seller selling at 3+2 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21880776

My other issue for this has been that these are regularly traded at 3 keys or even less on SCM. Now I know that SCM by itself isn't what we're going for, but it's hard to ignore. 3 keys in items goes pretty fast, so one could argue whether or not that should be in the range - probably should be based on community votes. Still think this is no more than 3.3-4.

Still, I'm trying this out myself. I just bought two of these at ~$5.60 off SCM and will try to sell at 4 keys. Will comment if / when I sell them.

In my experience selling these, 3 key + 2 ref has sold very fast (1-2 bumps on outpost), 3 key + 3 ref sells somewhat slow, and I've yet to be able to sell at 3 key + 4 ref (though I only had it listed at that price for a day or so)

I dont think even 3.5-4 is good if anything 3-3.5, Ive bought many at 3 and its not a quicksell price really, so after i bought em for 3 i lowered my price so i bought 3 for 8 instead of 9 and epople happily accepted I just dont see them at a higher price than 3 honestly. I agree with you, I have 3 of them and 3.5 is selling like a snail. I sold 1 in 1 day at 3.5 keys.

1 day isn't that long at all :I... Most other trades take 2 days to get an offer.

I sold 1 in 1 day, another two in almost closing to 2 days. If there was a "hype" the price I was selling at should have been sold by within few hours.

There are people trying to sell for 4 keys, in the whole time I had 20+ I sold 1 For 4 Keys, the rest i used to buy items because they are impossible to sell, people are only buying them because they think they are gonna go up and now they are stalling at 1 price people r just gonna buy for less and less. Bread Boxes were a fad....

i would bet money that the -1 score I have is just sum1 who has bread boxes

The thing is, even if the price stalls for now it will eventually rise as a collectors item in the future (possibly very distant future), but i must agree 4 keys is very tough to sell at I've been trying for almost 3 days.

They may be a little old, but they're all sold quickly. The last price change was 8 days ago, so 5 days should still be valid, if not 1 week.

Normally I would agree however with this item where its price if based completely off hype the more recent the proof the better. Atm there are plenty of sellers for 3 keys and some even lower easily available both in classifieds and outpost, users are indicating it is a hard sale at 3.5 keys pretty hard to argue that 4 keys should be in the range using 1week old proof.

your low-end for your suggestion, most sellers have sold theirs for 3 keys or the other trades are poorly bumped

I simply took the existing low end and ignored any which were a few hours old, again there are plenty of sellers for 3 keys many lower as well many available on the classifieds as well.

As it stands right now if no decision has been made by tomorrow I will consider closing my suggestion and resuggesting at 3 keys flat judging from the growing amount of traders selling a bit below 3 keys.

It doesn't matter, the market changed since last suggestion. If you go to Outpost/Classifieds/Bazaar now you will see plenty available for 3 keys - 3.5 keys. If not that, even less.

I had trouble selling 3 bread boxes for 3.5 keys, almost took me 2 days. Even Polar couldn't sell his for 4 keys, he lowered to 3 keys + 2.00 ref and he still didn't sell. You can't just say last suggestion is valid when it clearly isn't and the market has clearly changed since last suggestion.

As you can see for yourself, there are more 3 keys sellers and sales than any others. Even though they sell fast, they are constantly available at that price. Just look at the classifieds now. Almost 2 pages available below 4 keys.

By the way, if you for some reason still think otherwise, we shall let the mods decide. :P

Sigh again please take a look at the market yourself they are constantly available for 3 keys, I'm not going so constantly spam sellers at 3 keys until a mod makes decision. Just classifieds has plenty selling for 3 keys and there are many available at 3.5keys.

3 keys isn't constantly available though as they sell very fast (yes there are a lot of people quickselling at 3 keys but that doesn't mean it should be in the range because quicksales shouldn't be used as proof for a suggestion.)

You posted a whole bunch of links at 3 keys and yet you say they aren't constantly available. Even if they sell fast, they are easy to get and are constantly available. Quicksales are definitely solid proof when its constantly available, they are valid then. I would show you a suggestion of mine based on quicksales where that item was selling fast but was readily available and it got accepted but backpack.tf is incredibly slow today. Why? Because it was the most common trading point and was constantly available Now here we can see that there are huge chunk of seller's available at 3 keys even if they sell fast.
