There is no eerie tricorne mentioned in this suggestion. There was only the Haunted Ghosts Tricorne which is addressed in the mini-suggestion and the HIGH-End is created from the BUYOUT on that trade since the unusual was OVERPAY. The low end was based on your trade so no it was not based on a buyout. Thank you for the screenshot but realistically that doesn't even effect the price after rounding especially since the tam added the stuff.

I think it was the other way around, the guy bought the stuntman + shanter for the topi, then sold the shanter alone for another of the same topi
