Actually in the second link, if you look at the first comment of the buyer in the 2nd link, he commented 1 day after the trade was made. This may mean that the Elfin was sold within a 1-2 day period. Probably a quicksell as well.

In which case, this can't be updated and is 2 years old, which will make Kaushu cry.

I think the second link merely 'sold quickly' instead of being a quicksell, I think 1.5 is probably alright :3

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21404576 - Current seller is selling for 28-29 keys which is 1.5 buds in todays currency but trade was made 1 & 1/2 months ago so key prices were different then. Maybe convert the key prices at the time of the 29 key sale to suit that time frame when keys were 8.33 refined as opposed to 7.33 now.
