Sale 2: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22035792 Sold for a RA Bubble Pipe (18.5 times .9=16.65, rounding to 16.5 so people stop bothering me about ugly ranges.)

I don't think the Stormy Front Runner is 2.6, there are 2 on the market lower than that. Not to mention that the El Jefe is probably outdated too, since there are 2 sellers below current price.
Bubble Pipe might also be outdated, the only one on the market is for 17 Buds.
The Bubble Pipe selling for 17 buds has only been up for a very short time, and they are only taking fully pure.
The Front Runner with a lower B/O is duped (the others don't have B/Os), and the Jefe suggestion was passed pretty recently so I think my mini on the Stormy is reasonable.
I'm updating front runner price as we speak, will make the range like 11-16 though, which is kinda unrealistic. Wait for a third sale then identify an outlier.
