Hey guys this is my first suggestion, so I hope this goes well.
Less than 2 pages on outpost but here's my proof:
Solds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12173013 - 8.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13591459 - 1 key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21012967 - Sold 5 at 8.66 each
Sellers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21203358 - 1 key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14576244 - 1 key each
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22160676 -1 key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22636486 -1 key or 7 ref?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22828316 - Crate+rec for 1 key pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22720892 - 7 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22801417 - 8 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22252757 - 1 key
I really appreciate constructive criticism and please let me know if I've done anything wrong or I can improve on anything.
Thanks!
Btw when I listed this and as I write this on the classifieds there is 1 at 7 ref and 3 at a key not sure if this counts and proof though ;)
8.33 is much closer to 0.95 keys, do 0.95-1 key as your range :)
It appears that someone disliked your comment and I liked it since you're right ^.^
There's a 7 ref seller for a week and another one selling 3 at 7 ref for over a week. The suggested price is fine. No need to change.
Ah woops, missed that. It's got my upvote.
This seems really high. Selling for much less than a key on SCM
From what I can see (and this is after some currency conversion, as backpack's SCM converter doesn't like pounds), sales on the Community Market are ~0.7 keys, rounded up from 0.67. Given that SCM is only used for supporting proof, and there's a sizeable number of sales (and sellers at the low-end) in this suggested range, isn't this sufficient proof?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the SCM doesn't count as evidence, or I'm just crazy.
SCM can spot out outliers.
SCM can be used as supporting evidence, I think. Not as the main source of proof, definitely.
Almost a key.
Wow. People are really taking their chances to unbox A Distinctive Lack of Hue or An Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge, rather than finding out to unbox a Vita-Saw or a Gunslinger....
It's not bad for a first suggestion, but this is quite the price jump. I'm neutral for now.
I put up a trade selling out my crates at the 'current' prices and within a day (without bumping much) I had been added by someone wanting all 1-21 (except #9) so it seems accurate they all need updating, #1 is expensive by rarity and collectibility, its not for opening.
I'm so on the fence for this suggestion it hurts. I think this is proof.
http://bazaar.tf/trade/834190 - selling for 7 ref
Thanks man
Call me crazy, but I think re-suggesting at 8.66 instead of a key may be smarter.
Crazy.
No proof of it just happening at 8.66 flat, so its invalid if set at that price.
i knew this day would come
I think 1 keys its firm price.
I have seen other early crates go for and sell above 2 keys...
There's like 8 on classifieds going for 3 ref right now, just thought I should point that out.
At the point of listing this, there were none at 3 ref. There was 1 at 7 ref at 3 at a key
Do want to point out that person hasn't been on since he advertised them. So, I think those are probably troll advertisements or lack of awareness.
This is a "collector's" items of sort, be reminded. It is a Discontinued crate never to be found again. Most people who buy this crate do not unbox, but keep it due to trying to collect every number of crate or what-not. Due to the fact that some people DO unbox this, the crate is becoming more scarce as time goes by, and the price in USD for the suggested ($1.91) is much closer to the steam market economy price ($1.65 as of 10/03/14) than the current suggested value ($0.73). Please keep in mind hat the steam market is where the majority of these crates are sold, so the metal-to-real money conversion plays a hefty role here deciding the price. upvote
