New hat and old effect

After learning that a hearts one was recently unboxed i think we should establish a price on this effect if more get unboxed. The hearts unboxer was offered 200 dollar cash and a few offers of unusuals around the 6 bud range moments after unboxing it but he decided to hold on to it.

1st sale: Ge 'homme sold with pe phantom for cloudy moon kabuto

so that leaves the 'homme being bought for around 12 in unusual

2 sales in between but i know for certain they were in the 8 bud range

cant really find the sale information, but I added one of the owners and he said he sold for around 8 in mixed

The entire first half of this suggestion is extraneous information. If there is no information available about the other two trades it's either going to be 10 buds flat or not enough information.

PE Phantom and Cloudy Moon Kabuto are both outdated. You need mini suggestions for them. Not only that, that sale is 3 months old. Not exactly valid anymore. Hence no evidence for the low end.

Your 8 buds came out of no way. You based it on "i know for certain they were in the 8 bud range". That is not how it works. You don't have any proof for that.
