Sale 1
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22791391 - Sold for an Orbiting Fire Stately Steel Toe (14*0.9 = 13 keys)
Mini for the Orbiting Fire Stately Steel Toe

Sale 2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22833132 - Sold to a quick-buyer for a TS Bill (6 keys) + 4 keys = 10 keys
Feel free to counter / support my proofs.
The same trade you linked bought the hat for a planets grimm, outdated at 1.2, but definitely worth more than 13 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22787607 > http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22791391
The seller's backpack history wasn't helpful, they dont use it much and it looks like the hats were on the scm at least part of the time
Sweet and stuff could have been added so I don't feel safe to use that sale.
Cannot contact both buyer and seller so it's an untrackable sale to me.
How do you know sweets weren't added on the first sale?
Also, the grim sold to the previous owner for a smoking falkirk, 1.7 after overpay

*edit*
Another sale:
'72 flippin awesome (5.8) for a eerie front runner (3.8) + planets grimm
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22772456 > http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22856358
5.8 - 3.8 = 2 * 0.9 = 1.8 buds
I think its definitely worth looking into instead of just dropping the price based on one sale and a quickbuy
Because I can at least contact to the buyer so no sweets was added.
And with few sales on the market, I can do that.
Still not going to use that grim sale. Feel free to use it as counter proofs once you really dig it deeper and really sure that no sweets was added.
To back up this price, the seller in sale 2 had BO of 15 keys for 3 days and ended up selling it to a quick-buyer, which indicates that even 15 keys doesn't sell at all.
Worth to note that in sale 2, the buyer had tried to sell his hat for 15 keys but failed and sold it to a quick-buyer. For some reasons (mostly because the buyer asked him to do that), he deleted his real BO. I once used that trade as proof to prove that 15 keys doesn't sell here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/542e7518b88d88f0128b4a6c
