Well, I was away for 9 of those days and my premium ran out, so it was unbumped for 4-5 days too. And I took the 10 pure within 10 minutes. I knew I could flip it for 12 as a worst case scenario. At least one other person offered 9.5 just before I bought for 10. I think 10 is low.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21792773 - looking at the offers, 10 is a clear outlier. Sold in 10 minutes with at least one other offer of 9.7 pure during that time. Another sale would help. If it doesn't sell in 3 weeks, 12 flat should be fine.
