Needs a suggestion, I sold it to Stoof for 24.5 buds pure, he said its his dream hat, got 231 keys and 8 buds from him!
Counting a bud like 15.5 keys (backpack.tf price), he paid 14.9 (rounding to 15) buds in keys!
15+8=23.

Fix your link, on the image we don't have any landmark from where we can count the keys, maybe show a before/after bp.

If it's a quick-sell (as you stated when your trade closed), then this sale is invalid as evidence.

1) Evidence can be completely flawed. Please provide a better source of those keys.
2) Buyer has a post automatically up for this hat for way higher. So, you need another sale to back up your evidence.
3) If his hat doesn't sell in a month, then please come back and resuggest.
stoof is a reseller. i'm really not sure why you'd even deal with him considering he's banned from OP for sharking.
He bought it literally minutes after you put it up. Anyone would buy this for 23 buds.
