Completely unique hat, had its first sale in about 5 months
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20087531#latest sold for a misty skull whoopee cap (4.4) + about 3.8 in csgo items = 8.2 buds
8.2 * 0.9 = 7.38 (rounded to 7.4)
csgo item value was determined by market price of items ($160 average market price at time of sale) divided by the price of tf2 keys on the market (2.35).
160 / 2.35 = 68
68 / 15.5 = 4.4

Don't the CS:GO items need mini-suggestions?
Maybe, I'm not sure. First time suggesting a price. I can do that though
I'd think you need to - just provide one or two sales of those items in terms of tf2 items / real money (I guess) to confirm their value
Not sure if market price counts for this, but that's the main driving force of the lower value csgo trading system. Provided my math if that helps
Average market prices at the time of the sale are fine. I'd suggest taking the taxes off and then dividing to find pure value.
Well, the only issue here is that your pure b/o was less than the sale value. It looks like you were taking 6 in pure? You would have taken 7 in pure? All prices on the site are supposed to be the prices of hats in pure, so we can't value a hat above a pure b/o. You would know what whether the b/o was 6 or 7, but it certainly shouldn't get priced more than 7.
