Not only are they sellers in the first place, but they want people to provide the wrap, whereas it costs 1 key by itself

Gift wrap isn't added in these trades. So it's basically a counter. If it were, the prices would be very different at times.

Is there something I'm missing in this trade? Looks to me like it's a reclaimed. Did this trade change since it was posted? I doubt as such given the desired item icons.

Hm. Well, I find it unlikely you'd both make the same mistake and I'd be the first to point it out in 6 days. That's two sales at 1 ref, votes are reasonably positive, and the counterproof is invalid due to poor bumping.
