Comments on that unsold suggest they are a gift wrap scammer, also they have ungiftable items up in their trade (Spirit of Giving) though that might just be out of ignorance.

well the market is real small, there was a guy who sold it for free but he couldnt trade the taunt for i-dont-know-what reason, another dude was a gift wrap scammer and the others who sell this taunt for 0.11 are "dead", they dont respond to add or trade offers
