with a c/o of 60 buds in unu, it does hint to towards that he got it cheap with the 43 bud sale, also like u said Beams & Scorching go for more than 50. In other words this first sale seems a bit out a low sale and an outlier

Well seeing as it will probably sell for 60+ soon, this will almost certainly get a price rise. But as of now, there's only been one sale, so I'm leaving at this until it happens again.

Hmm other new c/o is a burning hazmat for dco + phantom (lets say 10). If the hazmat is 70 buds, that offer is 60 buds. So not sure if 43 buds reflects the price of this hat perfectly.

That is true, but there's only been one sale so far. Maybe when it sells again the price will go up

Burning haz is 70? I'll believe it when I see it. Given the scorching and beams are 50, this is probably low. But I don't see anything definitive to say that the sale is an outlier. Offers are peaking right around here after overpay. I'm sure it will sell in the 50s, and, when it does, it can be repriced.
