do the bp histories show 4 keys coming in as a payment? or could they have taken less/something else because of the outdated price? also with the amount sitting at and around 3.5 that are taking a day or two to sell shows these may be outliers even if at 4 keys.

Everything is possible, only true way of confirmation would be to add each seller and ask for a trade history screenshot.
