It's a shame he declined 33 pure for it, but it is what it is.

The only issue i see here is that when i traded for the hood , the scorching modest pile of scrap was valued 15-17 buds and i have had offers easily in that range to back the price on my hat. Now i am not sure if that matters here because the trade that you mentioned here is also less than 2 days back and the value of Scorching Modest scrap went down less than a day back.

Your pyromancer sale took place on Feb 8th which is in the same time range with the scorching metal scrap sales, and the previous suggested price is already outdated. There isn't a problem with the metal scrap price here.

My point here is when the sale took place it was at a base value of 15 for modest which was 2 days back.and the last sale of modest on which the new price was decided as 2nd evidence was less than 24 hours back. So imo the range of the hood should be as per the value 2 days back i.e at the time of the sale
